This is the tale of Usha, a straightforward middle-class lady who battled Orthodox culture to provide a happy life for her family and kids. Usha's fierce resolve and willpower serve as the basis for this incredibly uplifting tale. Because it is so brilliantly written, it reads like a genuine narrative that demonstrates how improbable equality in society is. But the tale also demonstrates how a happy upbringing might influence how we see these modifications. I should state that this is a must-read.

I loved reading this book and feel like that I am reliving my childhood and watching my parents going through their life journey along with all ups and downs. Your authenticity, your memories, your wordings in this book puts people feel their own journey and relate to their lives too. You’ve done an incredible job by writing our Mom’s journey.
