With myriad tasks vying for our attention, it’s crucial to discern not just what needs to be done, but what needs to be done first.

Here’s a personal insight: Early in my career, I learned that prioritization isn’t solely about tasks—it’s about values. Understanding what’s truly important to you or your organization can dramatically shift how you approach your goals. This revelation changed how I coach and how I live.

Tools like ClickUp and Reclaim.ai can aid in this process, helping to visually organize and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. However, the tool is only as effective as the strategy behind it.
